A Huge Response to Our Appeal in Just One Week From Over 160 Generous Supporters

In just the first seven days since we launched our 2025 Christmas Appeal to raise funds to satellite tag more Hen Harriers next year, the response from our friends and supporters has been overwhelming. Donations have been flooding in ever since the launch, and we are already more than 40% of the way to our ambitious target of £15,000 – the sum needed to fit satellite tags to 5 Hen Harriers in 2026.

Many messages of support and encouragement have also been received across social media, and we had a welcome boost when the highly respected Raptor Persecution UK blog promoted the appeal.

Now, to further publicise the fundraising campaign, the charity’s Co-chair Indy Kiemel Greene, a familiar face from his many TV appearances on Springwatch and Autumnwatch, and 8 Out of 10 Bats, has posted a video explaining why these tags are so vital in helping to protect and monitor our precious Hen Harriers.

If you have already donated to this year's appeal, please accept our heartfelt thanks for your support.
