Hen Harrier Action Director and Trustee Andrea Hudspeth featured in the national press last weekend, interviewed by Ross Crae about Skydancer Day 2024

Expert ecologist and Hen Harrier Action trustee Andrea Hudspeth gave an excellent interview last week to the Scottish national Sunday newspaper The Scottish Post, describing the challenges faced by Hen Harriers in the wild, the much-anticipated positive impact of the new Scottish legislation requiring grouse moor owners to be licensed to operate, and giving readers a sneak preview of what to expect from the charity’s Skydancer Day broadcast.

She told the readership that this year’s live broadcast, from the RSPB Insh Marshes reserve with three young conservationists presenting, will showcase some of the positive work that is being undertaken in the Cairngorms with film footage and live interviews.
