Late October 2023 Newsletter

In our late October issue, we were delighted to highlight HHA’s Indy Kiemel Greene’s excellent presenting on Chris Packham and Megan McCubbin’s new show on YouTube, 8 Out of 10 Bats, filling an Autumn-shaped hole in our wildlife viewing schedule.

We also published Ruth Tingay’s inspirational speech on Hen Harrier persecution, delivered on DEFRA’s doorstep at the Restore Nature Now rally.

And we shared the grim news of smoke filling the streets of Sheffield as a result of moor burning on the hills above the city, on two large grouse shooting estates.
